OKAY. IT'S DONE :stare:

Finally :s

Meh, critiques are welcome, just make sure they're not something like ''OMG THIS IS SO SHIT GET IT OFF DA.'' or ''OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG THIS IS SO BOOTIFUL!!!11!!!!'' I'd like an actual critique that can make me improve...'cause I really need to improve on stuff.

Okay, first off it's a cool character and I love the colors and how they mesh with the background. the only thing I can spot is that the tail is angled in a way that makes it appear that it's no attached right. Also, both forepaws are in the same position which just looks a tad weird. One more opinion not really critique, it seems strange that the tail tip is drooping straight down instead of being weightless as it expected in space.
I'm not all that great so I can't really critique but I think it all looks waaaaaaaaaaay better than anything I will be producing for a while.

First off, I have to say that this is a very nice piece! I absolutely love the color scheme that you used, and it goes well with the subject :) However, there are a few things that distracts me about this picture.

The background is astonishing, but it looks highly pixelated on the edges, especially the bottom left corner. I would have blurred it some, so that the edges stay smooth, like the rest of the picture. From a distance, it's not as noticeable. Up close though, it kind of throws the picture off.

The character's pose was pulled off very well! I really like how the back right leg looks like it's almost weightless, because it's in a relaxed state. The only thing that looks awkward about this pose is the tail. The tail is a very light weight part of the character, so I feel like it should be floating up more. Also, the placement of the base of the tail makes it appear to be coming from just above the left leg.

The last thing that bothers me about this piece would be the shading. I love the soft shading that you used, but it feel like it's missing a few shadows here and there. Some parts look pretty well shaded, such as the legs and the ear. The back looks flat to me, as well as the tail and mane. I think the only solution to this would be to play around with the colors more, and see what looks and feels best to you.

Overall, it's a great piece, I really admire the anatomy of the character and the color scheme! You did a great job, and I can't wait to see what you do next :)
